Who We Are
In 1995 AMS Ltd started as a small team in an even smaller Edinburgh office, determined to innovate Design and Build practices so that they were more client-focussed. While we are still a relatively small team in an Edinburgh office, our approach has accomplished large-scale projects to the benefit of clients throughout the world.
Our highly experienced team of project managers and engineers, provide a client focussed service which is sympathetic to the workings of organisations and their various influences, constraints and pressures.
Stephen Martin – Managing Director
Stephen Martin was formerly part of the property management team for Scottish Provident and TSB. His role involved all aspects of building facilities design and management. This also utilised and enhanced Stephen’s earlier experience in architectural design, space planning and contract management.
